We do not offer refunds for any product returned. However, if a customer is unhappy with their arrangement, we will happily replace it with a new floral arrangement of equal or lesser value. Your arrangement must be in its original condition to be exchanged. Your must return the item within three days of receiving the arrangement.
How To Exchange An Item
1. Please email email@example.com to request an exchange. Please include your name, the name of the arrangement, the date purchased, and the reason for the exchange in the text of the email.
2. Exchange the arrangement in person during normal business hours.
All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or local pickup date. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (619-392-5155). No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing.
